Here you can find Dressy's general terms and conditions when ordering outside Finland. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: info@dressy.fi. We are happy to help!
PRICING
The prices shown are in EUROs (€).
EU-COUNTRIES: The prices include VAT.
NON-EU COUNTRIES: When you are ordering from a non-EU country and choose your country in the shopping basket, the webshop will automatically exclude our local VAT (25.5%) from the product prices. You might have to pay your local customs duties, taxes or other fees, if those apply in your country.
Please note that all fees concerning customs duties, taxes or any other fees that may apply in your country, are your responsibility.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders to the following countries:
Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), Portugal, Ireland, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland, Greece, Romania and Malta.
Unfortunately, we are not able to send packages to P.O. Boxes or YouShop addresses. You need to be able to sign/receive the package yourself.
If your country isn't listed above and you would like to place an order, please contact info@dressy.fi and we will calculate the price for the shipping.
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card Payment (Mastercard/VISA/American Express/Diners Club), GooglePay, ApplePay, Mobilepay and Klarna
Payment Service Provider
When you choose to pay with Credit Card, GooglePay, ApplePay or Mobilepay, you will be directly put through to the secured payment page of Paytrail. Your credit card data won't be saved on our website.
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Klarna Payments
We offer Klarna Payments to some EU countries. If Klarna is available to your country, it will be shown in the basket.
DELIVERY TIME
The products are in stock unless mentioned otherwise. For pre-order items we mention an estimated time of delivery. Your order is normally sent out within 1-3 business days after receiving it. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you by e-mail.
The delivery time and the shipping costs depend on your country and the shipping method you choose. Normally the delivery time to Europe is 4-8 business days after we have shipped the order. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order hasn't yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@dressy.fi.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you for some reason want to return products, you can do so within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns of earrings and tights/stockings.
As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment when you send the return outside Finland.
The return shipment is under your responsibility until it has been received by Dressy. We don't take responsibility for missing return packages.
Items must be returned to us as new, with all tags attached. Please check the products for any kind of stain or hair. The return will not be accepted, if the item has been worn or has hair or stains on it.
If you purchase shoes, we recommend you to try them on on a carpet or on a soft towel in order to avoid any marks on the sole. The shoes must be returned in their original box, which – in addition to the shoes – needs to be in its original condition. Therefore, you cannot attach any stickers or labels to the shoe boxes.
The return form is included in your order. Please fill in the form and attach it to your return delivery, and send the return package to the following address:

Please note that if you don't collect your order, and it is returned to Dressy, we will charge you for the costs of the shipping (send + return) and the packaging.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
Good quality is important for Dressy. If you have received a faulty item, we ask you to contact us by e-mail: info@dressy.fi. We will then find the best possible way to solve the situation.
