S: waist 70-75 cm
M: waist 75-80 cm
L: waist 80-85 cm
XL: waist 85-90 cm

The waist is very stretchy. The measurements above are measurements when you stretch the material a little bit, but so that the waistline is still really nice and comfy. Still, the waistline stretches a lot from these measurements. For example the size XL can be stretched up to 110 cm.
