Sizing:
The fabric itself is not stretchy, but the bodice is gathered and there are elasticated bands at the waist and along the top edge of the dress. The first measurement is taken without stretching, and the second with a slight stretch, but not at maximum stretch. The waist can stretch up to approximately the bust measurement when the elastic is fully extended.
